Golden Path originated in 2010 through founder and CEO Nicosia King-Jones, who brought caregiving to another level of kindness, professionalism, and support for families.

Nicosia was raised in a two-parent home by James King and Mary King-Hite. Throughout her childhood, her family welcomed and helped many families in need. Mary and James made it their business to offer a helping hand, passing their loving hearts on to their children.

Mary reminded her children to be a blessing in this world and to help others from the heart. Nicosia carried that lesson forward and started her first business in 2010: Golden Path Senior Living Company, an adult family home assisted living facility. James Hite, Nicosia's stepfather, was an essential support person who significantly impacted Golden Path's beginning.

Nicosia would not be where she is today without his love and support. With the help of her support team, Golden Path Home Care opened its doors in 2013 to provide in-home personal care and employment opportunities.

Built on the foundation laid by her parents, Nicosia gives clients greater peace of mind through compassionate individuals who build a rapport of loving care and enrich the lives of those in need.
